Working in residential construction assisting in installing and dismantling guard rail and edge protection, our work is fast paced, and will see you working in teams on several scheduled jobs in any one day

• On going consistent hours (40 - 60 hours per week)
• Monday - Friday (optional Saturday work available)

• PPE – and all uniform provided for both Summer & Winter

You will be responsible for:

• Loading & unloading of trucks, ensuring that all required equipment is on board, components match the picking/gear list and that the loads are secured
• Transporting, erecting, dismantling of site safety products (platforms, scaffold systems, walkways, and handrails)
• Submission of paperwork including job sheets, truck maintenance records, work method statements and other documents as required.
• Identifying/ assessing areas of risk and reporting unsafe conditions
• Maintenance of equipment and tools.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Similar background highly regarded and sought after
• Experience in Building & Construction
• White Card (Construction induction card)
• MR Licence and Basic Scaffold Ticket highly regarded
• Experience within a labour intensive/ heavy lifting environment
• A strong commitment to safety & all OH&S policies
• Ability to work as a representative of Buildsafe in a customer facing role

Salary: $30.00 to $40.00 /year
