As a result of continued, sustained growth the client requires a new Receptionist to help with the team with their busy workload. The role is based in a fast-paced environment and demands a flexible approach to manage the incoming calls and emails efficiently in order to uphold the client's high market reputation.

Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Be the first contact point for all clients
- Handle the busy phones and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Assisting with the management of the switchboard
- Co-coordinating and managing meeting rooms
- Ad-hoc admin tasks as required

Profile

You will possess the following skills:
- Minimum of 2 year's reception experience
- Competent in all MS Office suites
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable in dealing with high volume of calls and emails
- Keen eye for detail
