Duties:
Managing a busy Reception Desk, working Monday - Friday 8AM-1PM, to take on the following:
- Ensure that the operation of the main switchboard at Reception is attended at all times
- Calls and messages are directed to appropriate extension numbers
- Greet and announce visitors to our organisation
- Sort and distribute all mail
- Maintain stationary cupboards
- Carry-out all administrative duties to effectively coordinate the registration of candidates in line with our company processes
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Skills & Experience:
- Receptionist / Administrative experience
- Exposure to managing a busy switchboard (average of 300 calls per day)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional manner
