Duties:

Managing a busy Reception Desk, working Monday - Friday 8AM-1PM, to take on the following:

  • Ensure that the operation of the main switchboard at Reception is attended at all times
  • Calls and messages are directed to appropriate extension numbers
  • Greet and announce visitors to our organisation
  • Sort and distribute all mail
  • Maintain stationary cupboards
  • Carry-out all administrative duties to effectively coordinate the registration of candidates in line with our company processes
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Skills & Experience:

  • Receptionist / Administrative experience
  • Exposure to managing a busy switchboard (average of 300 calls per day)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional manner
