Your new company
Your new company is a leading property and facilities management company in the CBD. They are looking for a part-time receptionist to join their professional team. This role will be on-going with the possibility to turn into a permanent part-time role in the near future.

Your new role
You will be responsible for being the face of the company and making a positive first impression. Your duties will include:

  • Answering the phones
  • Meeting and greeting
  • Data entry
  • General ad hoc
  • Booking meetings
  • Concierge duties


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this position you must have the following:

  • Previous receptionist experience
  • Desire and ability to work 2 days a week
  • Strong communication skills and a professional presentation
