We currently have an opportunity for experienced Receptionist to join our Global Corporate Services division on a key client account, in a job share capacity. The primary responsibility will be to manage the day to day reception requirements and provide support to the both our client’s team as well as assisting the facilities team as required. Some of the key responsibilities will include;

Reception duties e.g. meeting and greeting of clients and visitors and answering incoming switchboard calls.

Overseeing the day to day reception function including managing meeting rooms.

Coordinating any room bookings, catering, audio visual and equipment requirements requested by the client.

Manage a range of administrative tasks including couriers, security passes, corporate card records, taxi and car pool bookings.

Managing and processing incoming and outgoing mail.

Responsible for the “first moment of truth” customer experience.

Assist the onsite facilities team with administrative duties or project work as required.

Ad hoc general administrative duties. To be successful in this position you must have a proven track record in a similar role in a professional service, corporate reception or five star hospitality environment. We are looking for excellent personal presentation, strong problem solving and attention to detail with the ability to manage a busy workload and handle complaints and issues as they arise. You will also have professional communication and interpersonal skills and consistently work towards enhancing the reputation of the company by providing a premium service to clients, visitors and employees.
