Due to business growth we have an exciting opportunity to join our Central Cleaning Supplies team in the roles of a Full Time Receptionist.

Together you are responsible for maintaining a safe working environment while being a local point of contact for key stakeholders.

You will carry out all duties relating to front of house/concierge services, ensuring that all customers, visitors and employees are treated with respect and courtesy and provided with a high standard of service in line with Central Cleaning Supplies' reputation in the industry.

The Position:

  • The operation hours will be 8AM to 6PM Monday to Friday
  • Provide outstanding service to all visitors, clients and tenants of the building
  • Mail services; assisting client with receiving, sorting and notifications
  • Monitoring security procedures and pass/entry log management of all visitors
  • Managing incoming calls and redirections
  • Completing Work Orders for department related queries and communicating with contractors as required
  • Assist the Office Manager with errands and administrative work
  • Ensuring the reception areas are well presented, safe and free of any hazards

Minimum Criteria:

  • Previous experience in reception or concierge services is essential
  • Minimum 4 yrs experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suit and accounting knowledge/experience of any level
  • Touch typing proficiency: between 60 to 80 words per minute, 70 +/- 5 WPM ideal
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills, while working with pace and autonomously
  • Immaculate presentation and communication skills
