An exciting opportunity exists with Roseville Joinery (based at marrickville) for an Administration Assistant to support our sales Management team in a dynamic and professional environment.

Key responsibilities will include;

Were looking for someone part time but may move into full time hours (if they wish),

9am till 2pm monday - thursday

9am till 12 pm friday

  • Assist and support the sales Management team
  • Answer phones and liaise with clients
  • Load and update customer deals
  • Relief reception duties
  • Data entry into Customer relation software

To be successful in this role you will ideally possess;

  • Strong communication skills
  • Administration experience essential
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident and positive attitude
  • Be able to multi-task
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • intermediate computer skills
  • Be team orientated
