We are currently looking for a high calibre individual as a one of our two full-time Receptionist / Front of House to support our team and customers alike. As the provider of initial impressions and the central contact point for many stakeholders, this role is more than ‘answering phones’.

This is a critical role in our team and you'll be responsible for delivering a high standard of professionalism and efficiency via a variety of functions including:

• Greeting all visitors, providing hospitality and greeting in a professional and engaging manner
• Managing and distributing mail, ordering supplies, maintaining some staff records
• Answering and directing incoming calls and email
• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the customer area
• Assisting with general administration duties as needed

To be successful in meeting the expectations of this role, you will need:

• Well-developed telephone/switchboard & computer skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• The ability to multitask and handle pressure situations in a calm manner
• The ability to be discreet and able to maintain a high standard of personal presentation
• A friendly, energetic, dynamic, cooperative and proactive nature
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• High levels of customer orientation and a works willing and well in a team environment

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm.
