YOUR NEW ROLE:

  • Be the voice behind the company - first point of contact
  • Answer incoming calls, screen and direct to the right person
  • Take detailed messages as needed
  • Meet and greet guests and clients at front desk
  • Provide assistance with general enquiries
  • Manage visitors book and staff location include safety of reception
  • Admin duties - including project input and maintenance of spreadsheets
  • Input into making reception run smoothly professionally and promptly

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Good presentation - smart business dress
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Outstanding inter-personal skills - you will be the first point of contact for this organisation
  • A great work ethic - this role is important and needs someone who will do their best to ensure professional, prompt and friendly communication over the phone and face to face with clients
  • Strong computer skills - word excel and outlook

  • Some experience in a reception role is essential - perhaps 12 months or more

NORMAL OFFICE HOURS - early finish Fridays

LOCATION - BAYSWATER - VICTORIAN HEAD OFFICE

STARTING SALARY - Around $40-45k and super depending on experience
