Our client is a leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of a diverse, high quality range of prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceuticals, complementary medicines and specialty ingredients. Based in Laverton North, 20 minutes from the CBD.

Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced receptionist / administration assistant to join this successful Australian business.

  • Greeting walk in customers
  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Ad hoc administration
  • Data entry
  • Ordering stationary

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 1 + years experience working in a reception role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional presentation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

What's on offer:

You will be rewarded with a $45,000 - $55,000 + super (depending on experience) and the opportunity to join a sophisticated and growing manufacturing company with over 20 years experience. Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
