An immediate opportunity exists for an experienced receptionist/administrator to work in a high-paced yet varied environment within the construction industry.

You will need to display a great attitude and initiative in your work. Not only will you be on reception you will also be required to look after a number of administration tasks. If you genuinely take pride in your work and you're looking for great role within a progressive company this could be a great opportunity for you.

In this role, duties will include:
• Meet and greet guests
• Answer and direct calls and emails
• Order and maintain printing, stationary and kitchen supplies
• Data entry
• Administration support to the Managing Director and Finance Team
• Administration support to all departments where required

This role would suit you if you have:
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• A passion for great customer service
• Data entry experience
• Previous reception experience is essential
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
• Strong exposure to different computer systems along with the MS Office Suite
• Experience using Viewpoint Software would be an advantage but not a requirement.
