Entry Level Reception/Administration Officer / Carrum Downs

- Full Time - 8.30am - 5.00pm.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Our role as Reception/Administrator Officer will see you undertaking a range of office based duties including;
- Answer calls and take accurate messages
- Liaising with clients and internal team members
- Maintain an effective filing and archiving system
- Data entry
- General reception, administration and housekeeping duties
- Customer Service with excellent communication skills
- Computer Literate (proficient in MS Word and Excel)
- MYOB data entry, preparing Quotations, Invoicing etc (Training will be provided)
- Record and maintain spreadsheets for all areas in adherence to works undertaken
Skills and experience

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A quick learner with a strong attention to detail
