About the role:
Monash IVF is seeking for a Receptionists/Administration Officers to join the team at Richmond. These positions exist to provide high quality administrative and reception support to the business and exceptional customer service to patients.
The incumbents may be required to work rostered Saturdays and public holidays.
In this role you will be accountable for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Reception duties and administration support
- Medical billing and receipting
- Managing patient bookings
Ideally you will bring:
- A track record of delivering outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical billing
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrable ability to quickly gain competency in patient management systems
- Empathy and the ability to maintain emotional control
- A strong attention to detail
