A highly regarded criminal law and civil and commercial litigation firm located in the Melbourne court precinct is seeking an experienced Receptionist/General Administration & Office Support who is reliable, organised and has excellent attention to detail.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Answering Switch board (Yealink)
- Taking Messages
- Greeting Clients with Tea & Coffee
- Setting up Boardrooms for Meetings & Conferences
- Data Entry of Timesheets
- Data Entry of Disbursement Recoveries
- Ordering Couriers
- General Filing
- General Enquiries
- Photocopying Briefs
- General Secretarial Duties as required
- Housekeeping of Kitchen & Boardroom
- Buying supplies for Kitchen

To be successful for an interview you must have 3-5 years prior experience as a Legal Receptionist and be proficient in Microsoft, particularly Word and Outlook with accurate and efficient typing

Knowledge of Affinity software will be advantageous.

This role is full time, with the hours of 8.45 to 5.30 daily.
