- Some previous Reception and Administration experience
- An excellent telephone manner and professional presentation
- Punctuality and reliability
- Team player attributes and a willingness to assist all staff within the Firm
- Competent skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- A current motor vehicle and licence.

We are a small but busy CPA Accounting Firm located in Mount Waverley and we currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our team. You will be reporting to the Senior Accountant where you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals whilst you develop your Administrative skills and become a valued member of our team.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Daily operation of Reception; answering of phones, making appointments, greeting of clients / visitors / etc.
- Assisting clients with general enquiries
- Providing admin support to management and members of staff
- Sorting and distribution of mail
- Processing of invoices and lodgement of tax returns (using Sage Handisoft)
- Receiving payments and banking
- Ad hoc tasks upon request of the partners
