You will be supplied a vehicle, trailer and commercial tools. On a typical day you'll be provided with a rundown of jobs in various areas of Melbourne. Using the job sheet as your guide, you need to prioritise tasks in order to complete works on time, to high standard. You will need to be able to work on your own, however at times may be required to work in a team. Maintenance tasks include; hand weeding, pruning, cultivating garden beds, mowing, edging, application of fertilizers and chemicals treatments, tip runs, sweeping or blowing down of job site. Additional tasks include filling out job sheets, collecting and receipting payment. Liaise with clients, offering them informative suggestions to improve their gardens.

Between $22.86-$27.45 per hour (casual rate and conditions apply) +Super +Bonuses.
Vehicle+trailer to use at work, commercial grade tools, PPE, mobile phone and uniform supplied.
Estimate 30+ hours per week minimum, this is a permanent position

Skills and Experience:
Must have experience in garden maintenance of manicured gardens.
Excellent plant ID skills are essential
Experience applying chemicals and fertilisers
Good knowledge of OH&S
Able to work on your own, to predetermined time frames and quality standards
Must be able to use commercial grade push and ride on mowers, brush-cutter, air broom and hedge trimmer.
Trailer towing experience an advantage
Experience servicing/maintenance of irrigation systems an advantage
Experience supervising staff an advantage
