Full Time Public Area / Houseperson

With the support of the Manager - Housekeeping, you will be responsible for conducting cleaning duties in guest rooms and public areas in accordance with the established standards of Pegasus A'part Hotel while providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to in-house guests in order to maximise guest satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 12 months previous work experience in a similar position.
• A strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to act consistently with clear ethics and values in accordance to confidentiality.
• Superior customer service skills along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a team.
• The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of five star grooming standards.
• The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Unrestricted rights to work in Australia. More than 30 hours per week.
