Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Property Accountant who is immediately available to join a Global Real Estate company on a 6 week + temporary basis.

The Role

Reporting to the Manager of Finance, your duties will include:

• Managing a large portfolio of property trust accounts
• Financial Reporting
• Bank Reconciliations
• Managing funding requests
• Debtors reporting to management
• Raising monthly invoices
• Monthly journals and accruals

Your Profile

To be successful, you will have proven Property Accounting experience using the MRI accounting package. You will have excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and a customer service approach to work to enable you to manage multiple stakeholder requests. Advanced Excel skill are essential.
