We are seeking a passionate and motivated Head Chef to lead our small and enthusiastic kitchen team. Located across the road from the Royal Botanic Gardens, Gilson is an Italian restaurant and wine bar open 7 days a week. Our objective is to create an institution with warm, friendly and approachable food and service. We are on the hunt for a great leader with the ability to work hard and fast during busier periods and lead and inspire a young dedicated team of chefs. We are a humble hospitality group of professionals with a vision to deliver exceptional food and service that's warm and accommodating in an inviting environment.
