Total Work Solutions is now looking for a Price Coordinator/ Sales Support for our client. Our client is a leader in transport solutions.

Our client is looking for someone who will contribute as part of a small team to provide expert knowledge, support and advice to the Customer Service and Sales Team. To provide updates on current market and industry changes that may impact on services, research and compose competitive quotes and regularly review and update tariffs. Must have full knowledge of seafreight and airfreight quoting.

The Role:

• To efficiently , accurately and competently work to support sales using EDI Cargo Wise and Excel

• To negotiate and conduct pricing reviews for tariffs and project cargo with airlines, shipping lines, co-loaders, overseas OTS Offices and other agencies for competitive rates and services for our customer

• Conduct price comparisons to develop quotes for warehousing, freight and sales representatives

• Work in partnership with Customer Service representatives to co-ordinate and provide advice on LCL, FCL and Airfreight services tariff rates for booking freight

• Act proactively providing Sales and customer service with up to date knowledge on market and industry changes that will potentially impact on customer service

• Maintain positive and beneficial relationships with key contacts within customer and supplier organisations

• Attention to detail and ability to make sound judgements and work autonomously

Must Have:

• Seafreight FCL experience is essential
• The candidate must also have EDI / Cargowise 1 experience
