Fully experienced Pizza maker required

Skills Required:

- operate a wood fire oven

- ability to proficiently stretch dough by hand

- slice, chop, prep ingrediants

Work closely with the chef to co-ordinate food requirements for the restaurant

Assist where required within the kitchen to ensure smooth operations

Including, yet not limited to, cleaning & other adhoc duties

Must have Food Handlers Certificate
