Guardian Network is a community based organisation that has been providing care with compassion since 1998. We provide services for a broad range of aged care and disability clients who seek to maintain independence in their homes. Services we provide include palliative care, personal care, domestic care, transport, respite, meal preparation, 24 hour and overnight care. We are seeking passionate go-getters who would love to be part of our dynamic team.

You must have a strong desire to work within the Home and Community Care Sector and have a passion for providing our clients with the care and support like they would receive from their own family members.

WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING WORKERS IN BRIGHTON.

Multilingual languages such as Italian, Greek, Mandarin and Arabic also fiercely needed.

If you have recently received your qualifications and seeking your first community care job or you have experience and seeking further shifts, we have a number of assignments in various locations waiting to be filled.

As a minimum, you must have your Certificate III in Aged or Disability Care. We also require that you have your own:

- Police Check (within 3 years)

- First Aid Certificate (within 3 years)

- CPR Certificate (within 1 year)

- A reliable car and drivers licence

- Smart Phone

- Minimum of 2 professional referees.

- Working with Children’s Check (Advantage)

- International Police Check (if applicable)

Other requirements include:

• Minimum 15 hour per week availability over 3 weekdays.
• Willingness to travel within reasonable requested distances.
