An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and flexible Patient Services Assistant to join one of our Inpatient Units.

You will be responsible for a range of patient support services within in Peter Mac. Main responsibilities will include cleaning of patient environment, patient transport, collection of meal trays, linen and waste handling.

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate the following;

  • Certificate III in Health Services
  • Understanding of Occupation Health & Safety principles

  • Good time management skill and an ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • To be able to take ownership and responsibility
  • Ability to work proactively to help others in a team environment
