We have recruited exclusively for the past 4 years for this fantastic commercial services business based in Queensland. With a COO at the helm with over 10 years experience, their largest division is the Commercial Cleaning division with revenues surpassing $40m and growing each year. This is a company with fantastic morals, ethics and as a result huge customer satisfaction. They work with the best contractors, pay over the award rates, ensure all standards are up to date, and have some extremely loyal clients as a result. With over 35 years of history behind them, they are immensely proud of their company and look for individuals to wear the company badge with pride. Christmas parties, team events with all nationwide staff and Melbourne Cup days out are all regular fixtures on the calendar.

Position:

As Operations Manager, the main responsibilities of the role are quite simply to ensure that their most valued client is satisfied with the level of service offered. Effectively the "go between" between client and contractor, you will have a weekly route planned out and be on the road visiting childcare centres developing ongoing relationships with centre managers. This is an extremely autonomous position, no micro management, no "where are you?" calls on a regular basis. You are in charge of your working life and will have ongoing support from Head Office to ensure you can do your job as effectively as possible. The sales component is literally up selling other services to existing clients, asking questions and discovering what else you can do to help your client.

Candidate:

We require someone with Commercial Cleaning experience and knowledge. This role requires someone who understands "Walk Throughs" and who can discuss cleaning details with Sub Contractors especially. If you have managed Sub Contractors also it would be a massive advantage. You will be autonomous, prepared to do a hard day's work for a fair day's pay, you will wear the logo with pride, you will be focused on your client's happiness and go the extra mile to support them and your company. You must be IT proficient also.

$75,000 - $80,000 base + super + $12,000 car allowance + fuel card, phone and laptop.

An annual discretionary company bonus maybe paid but is not guaranteed (although it has been paid the last 3 years).
