About the role

We have an opening in our Tullamarine office in a Operation & Customer Service role to provide assistance and back up to our busy Operation team.

We are seeking a person with sound background in Import/Export Operations & Customer Service role handling day to day requirements for key accounts in line with their expectations. This role would ideally suit a reliable person with strong attention to detail who is able to handle a variety of clients from diverse backgrounds in a professional manner.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You will be working closely with key customers providing updates in a timely and professional manner
  • You will implement and revise customer expectations and requirements
  • A person with sound operations knowledge in Import/Export Operations or strong Customer Service in International Freight from local experience is sought
  • You will be confident to deal with customers on a regular basis with sound English communication skills and strong computer skills
  • You will have responsibility for efficient customer support to client base

Skills and experience

  • To qualify you must have a minimum of 3-4 years proven local experience in Ocean/Air Operations & Customer Service gained from a similar position.
  • You must be able to work in a small team environment with minimal supervision
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills
  • You have excellent customer service skills
  • You will need excellent computer and communication skills
  • You will have a can do attitude


To qualify for this role you must have current local experience in International Freight Forwarding.
Permanent Residents or Australian Citzens only will be considered.
