Night Cleaning Supervisor

The Role

The Supervisor will be responsible for a range of cleaning tasks, working to agreed schedules to deliver a high quality standard of work. Specific responsibilities may include:

• Supporting a team of excellent cleaners (we want our teams to feel positive and proud) while working in a hands-on role.
• Demonstrated people management skills
• Experience with Compacting, Pressure Washing and Scrubbing preferred
• Detailed cleaning of public areas
• Collection, segregation and disposal of waste
• Spot cleaning, including mopping and sweeping
• Toilet, car park and walkway cleaning
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures
• Responding to ad-hoc cleaning requests (spills etc.)
• Manage quality standards and OHS

The hours of employment are as followed: Sunday to Thursday 9:30 pm to 6:00 am

About You

To ensure your success in this role we anticipate that the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Must have unlimited working rights
• Current,valid Australian driver's licence
• Previous Supervisor Experience in cleaning industry
• Fluent English and confident communicating with people from diverse backgrounds
• Customer service experience, working with and around members of the public
• Able to work autonomously
• Reliable, punctual and well presented
