Available Night Shifts: Night shifts 1 to 2 nights per weekwith shifts times 10pm to 6am but can be flexible

Day shifts - Shifts available Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday morning.

Job Responsibilities: Our in-home carer - nurse is responsible overnight for airway management, nasogastric tube and administration of medications. Individual training will be provided based on client’s current home care plans and medical needs.

Hourly Rate: $30.99 + superannuation

Requirements Must have:

• Nursing, or in home care experience with acute care patients
• Minimum of Certificate III in early Child Care and Education/ Nursing
• Ability to use common sense in your approach to caring with children
• Ability to work independently
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Experience with feeding via gastronomy, suctioning of tracheostomy a benefit but not necessary
• Ability to carry out emergency procedures if required
• Full first Aid
• Must speak English
• Must be over 18 years of age
• Must provide evidence of experience and relevant qualifications
• Immunisation up to date
• Current first aid and CPR certification
