Join this LEADING HOME INTERIORS + RENOVATIONS business! These guys are industry leaders in all things home reno & interior make overs. Work in these modern showrooms that offer flooring, carpets, blinds and shutter solutions along with soft furnishings and design consultations!

Build relationships with your loyal clients in store and build your return clientele with builders, designers and homemakers! 20% of your time will be spent off the retail floor and on the roadconsulting in your client’s homes, conducting measure and quotes and offering design advice!

• $50,000 Base Salary + Super
• Monthly uncapped commissions based on your sales- create your own pay check and earn over $100K!

The Ideal Experience & Candidate:

• Passionate retailers with genuine & strong customer & sales skills
• Experience in any type of retail- fashion, homewares, trade - anything where you are caring for your customer!
• Previous experience with individual sales targets and KPIs is essential
• You LOVE people and providing exceptional service
• Interest in design and home renovations
• Available to work weekends (this is when you can make your big commissions!)
• Current drivers licence + own transportation
• Ability to lift, cary and move heavy items
• Above all, you have a WARM + INVITING PERSONALITY!!
