A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Medical Sales Manager looking after NSW North.

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, this position represents a genuine opportunity for an individual who is driven, adaptable and able to work across all levels of any healthcare organization. The role covers five Surgical business units (Urology/Gynae, Imaging, Systems Integration, ENT and Energy as well as three Endoscopy business units (Gastroenterology, ET & Respiratory). In this role you can expect to be involved in leading, coaching and motivating your team, building sales, developing and implementing strategies and plans in line with Olympus business objectives, monitoring your team’s performance to budget and getting out in the field, fostering relationships and supporting the amazing work of our customers. Together with the Group Sales Manager, you will work collaboratively to ensure that your territory’s business plan and related activities are aligned to the divisions’ sales and marketing priorities.

To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, you will demonstrate true leadership and management skills with proven experience in coaching and developing others. You will be adept at solutions-selling and be able to quickly build long lasting relationships with our customers. Your highly developed presentation skills, ability to foster positive working relationships and your strong analytical skill set will see you succeed in this role. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Science, Nursing or Health will be highly regarded. Coupled with your sales experience you will be highly motivated, strategic and ready to delight our customers.
