We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated receptionist for our fast growing medical centres in Mckinnon and Sandringham. Someone enthusiastic, organised and friendly, with great attention to detail and a desire to grow within the business.

This is a permanent part-time position, with potential to become full-time

The successful candidate must posses the following skills:

Minimum 2 years experience in a medical receptionist role

Experience in Best Practice

Knowledge of excel, word and office products

Go getter attitude

Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and achieve

Great interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a team and independently

Work well under pressure

Ability to multitask

A patient focused approach

Flexibility in availability
