About the role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an energetic self-motivated individual to join a reputable company as a Reception and Customer Service trainee. This is a Monday to Friday full time position. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service where your time will be largely spent on the phone answering all inbound calls. You will be first point of contact for our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Answering the phones
Making outbound calls to customers
Data entry
Document filling
Office all-rounder
Skills and Experience
All training will be provided but the successful candidate will need a high level of customer service and must be able to multi task in a high paced environment.
You will be able to work well and effectively under pressure with a willingness to learn.
The successful candidate will be able to work effectively as part of a team.
An excellent understanding of Microsoft Office is essential.
