Briteway is an industry-leading high access cleaning company. We are seeking candidates for a permanent position as a window cleaner at one or more of our high-profile sites in Melbourne. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills in an active and varied cleaning role.

Job Description
The role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks from the ground and at heights. This includes window and facade cleaning, pressure washing, high dusting and other cleaning activities. Working at height is a key part of the role. The successful candidate shall perform work via Building Maintenance Units (BMU), Elevating Work Platforms (EWP) and other high access equipment.

Job features include:

• Working with a friendly, experienced team
• Guaranteed full-time employment with a minimum of 38 hours per week
• Early morning starts Monday to Friday in Melbourne CBD and or Southbank
• A variety of cleaning activities, both indoors and outdoors
• Opportunities to gain new skills and qualifications

Applicant Requirements
In order to be considered for the role, you must:

• have no fear of heights and be willing and able to work on the side of multi-storey buildings
• have a clean police record
• have a neat and tidy appearance
• be available for night and weekend shifts as required
• be able to comply with the company's smoke-free workplace policy
• be able to communicate clearly in English
• be able to work full-time hours, and
• be looking for long-term employment (minimum two years).

This position does not require formal qualifications or experience, although any window cleaning experience shall be looked upon favourably. Most important is your positive attitude and willingness to learn. If you are successful in gaining a position with Briteway, you will be provided with industry-best training.
