We are currently looking for a Japanese Speaking Sales Manager for one of our clients.

The client is a company developing and manufacturing Automotive related products as well as a leading supplier of OEM products with a world-renowned reputation for service and quality.

This position is one of the most important roles in the company.

This is 12 month contract, subject to renewal depending on sales situation.

Job Responsibilities includes but not limited to;

• Maintain rapport relationship with existing customers and suppliers
• Generate business from new and existing customers
• Prepare market research reports and product planning
• Develop pricing strategies and prepare pricing information
• Develop annual marketing strategy and schedule for product launch
• Sales- business development activities
• Prepare monthly sales report
• Liaise with purchasing section to ensure appropriate stock level

Requirements and Criteria:

• Must have Japanese and English skills (both written and spoken)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership skills and ability to work autonomously
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Resilient and look for business opportunities
• Problem solving skills
• Computer literacy (Microsoft office -Word, Excel, Power Point)
