We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused Internal Sales Representative to join our Sunshine VIC team. This is a great opportunity to kick start your career in Sales, selling products for real world applications in a hands on environment which will support your growth and development. You will manage customer interactions end to end, including, placing and processing orders.

What you will be doing

As the Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Provide friendly and helpful service to our customers, which includes engineers and trade specialists
• Driving daily sales by engaging customers face-to-face, by phone and email. Be the first point of contact for calling customers
• Supporting the sales team with lead generation and account follow up
• Pick and pack customer orders
• Organise deliveries and ensure customer orders are dispatched in full and on time.

What we need from you

You will be a great fit for our team if you are:

• Approachable and confident when interacting with customers
• Passionate about customer service and providing solutions to trade related issues
• Willing to learn and a positive team player
• Able to multi-task and work in a busy environment
• Able to confidently use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

To be able to succeed in the role and hit the ground running, it would be a huge advantage if you also have:

• A background within the industrial and/or welding industry
• Knowledge and experience with industrial gasses
