A vacancy now exists in our Rowville Showroom for an Internal Sales Consultant.

The Key Responsibilities Include:

• Being the first point of contact for customers within the Showroom;
• Undertaking quotations on the supply of windows & doors; products;
• Liaising with production and dispatch in regards to customer deliveries;
• Sale of spare parts to showroom customers;
• Other general administrative tasks as required.

To be successful in your application, you will have:

• Excellent customer services skills;
• Good time management skills;
• A professional telephone manner;
• Good problem solving skills;
• Good computer skills.
• Experience in a retail environment;
• Experience or knowledge of Salesforce CRM;
• Previous experience in a building environment will be considered a strong advantage including the reading of building plans
