Due to Rapid expansion, we are currently working with a global manufacturing company that is looking for their next key player - to join the Inside Sales Tech team.

The role has the responsibility for providing a full quotation package to customers and support to the External Sales team / other branches globally.

Responsibilities:

• Review quotation tenders requirements

• Placing RFQ on factories and external vendors

• Factory quote conversion

• Get quotation for international freight

• Preparing quotation

• Giving technical support to the sales team and customers

• Answering phone and emails for technical enquiries and quotation

• Working closely within the organisation to ensure quote requirements are communicated, completed and customer requirements met

• Giving technical support to the project and sales team

• Provide leadership in the development of solutions and systems that would improve quotation or orders process

• CRM management

• Proactive admin and data maintenance

Key Competencies and Experience:

- Experience in the valve or process control related industries is a must

- A trade, diploma or degree background in mechanical, electrical or mechatronic field is highly desirable

- Additionally, key competencies including excellent organisation, IT savy, good communication skills, team work, customer focus and attention to details
