Due to company growth, we currently have a vacancy for a Customer Service/Administrational Officer to join our Inbound Call Centre Sales team on a full time basis in our Preston office.

This is the heart of our operation and is responsible for ensuring that sales orders are managed and delivered accurately and on- time, everytime. Therefore, an eye for detail is critical.

In this position you will be responsible for taking ownership of a client group, whilst managing the customers end to end inbound sales queries. Therefore, strong administrational and problems solving skills, with the discretion and the ability to provide timely customer solutions is paramount.

The role

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Answering inbound calls from customers, which involves coordinating customer orders against dispatch dates.
• In a timely manner respond to customer requests as required.
• Data entry into a software system.
• Resolving queries, including product recalls and/or any customer complainants.
• Liaising with other departments including dispatch.
