About Role:

Your role as a Home Care Services Worker is extremely valued as you are at the forefront of our business providing the highest quality personal care and domestic assistance to our aged clients and/or clients with a disability.

Our services are tailored to support our clients requiring assistance with 'every day' duties to help them to live as independently as possible. This could involve:

Personal care; showering, dressing and cooking

• Domestic services; cleaning, grocery shopping and socialising
• Escort to GP appointments and transportation needs
• Preparing breakfast or other meals for clients

• Making beds (usually standard beds; not height adjustable)

Some of these clients will be bed bound, in that case assistance of another staff can be provided at management discretion.

Skills and experience

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Community or Disability Services OR Certificate IV in Disability Services (desirable)
• Experience working with clients with a disability or have required high support assistance
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Full rights to work within Australian
• A registered and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• National police check for vulnerable persons obtained in the past year (or willingness to obtain)
• Current first aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
