The Role:

Now seeking an experienced Sales consultant to join out client in their Jindalee location!

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are responsible for the complete in store Sales process and associated procedures, including quote and order follow ups, order tracking and delivery booking. This also includes associating with all Team Members, both internally and externally, via the telephone, email and in person; keeping key performance indicators, targets and deadlines on track. Your customer service standards will be out of this world and ideally you will come from an high item ticket selling background. In reward for all of your hard work you will be earning great uncapped commissions and if proven and dedicated a world of progression opportunities.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous sales experience, ideally within a furniture/interiors environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to form relationships and create return customers
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales and KPI targets
• Attention to detail
