Jerry Joy in Thornbury is seeking an experienced Barista to join our small team.

Specialty Coffee Experience is a must (Min 2 Years) and you must be able cope with pressure and productively work in a fast paced environment.

The Position is available for immediate start and is Full Time Hours, weekends essential.

We pride ourselves on quality coffee, so it is important that you correctly know how to Dial in Coffee and pour Latte Art.

We do around 30kgs - 45kgs of Coffee per week and use Axil Coffee Roasters.

Rotating Single Origin - 6-7kgs

Seasonal Espresso Blend - 35-40kgs

Batch Brew (Moccamaster) - 1-1.5kgs

Cold Brew (Toddy Method) - 1kg

Cold Drip - 750g

You will need to be competent with all of these brew methods and comfortable with quantities.
