We are searching for outstanding Front Office Receptionists who are bubbling with energy to join our close-knit and supportive Accommodation team. Currently we have a rare full time permanent opportunity. In this role you will dazzle our guests and members with your friendliness and ability to anticipate their every need. You will provide a seamless check-in and out experience even when it is crazy busy whilst answering calls, responding to guest enquiries and assisting with luggage.

We are seeking candidates with previous front office reception experience within a 4 or 5 star Hotel. You’ll be tech savvy, bringing solid administrative experience to the role with the ability to quickly pick up new systems. Candidates with a passion for delivering great customer service under pressure and the desire to understand the bigger picture of the hotel will be looked upon favourably. Flexibility and comradery is crucial to this role with shifts ranging over a variety of days.
