Hendriks Cafe, Mordialloc, is looking for an experienced head chef to join our team.

We are looking for a chef with more than 3 years experience to join our established kitchen team. Work in a friendly, bayside cafe with numerous accolades, including being listed in the top 50 cafes in the 2017 Good Food Guide.

The successful applicant must:

• Be passionate about food and cafe culture
  
• Be willing to work well in a team, as well as supervise and motivate by being a strong and energetic leader
  
• Have relevant experience including ordering, production schedules, food costing, budgeting, kitchen staff management and rostering
  
• Have the ability to create new and contemporary dishes in a collaborative environment
  
• Be reliable and punctual with positive communication skills and attitude
