The foreman role will involve:

• Managing plant and labour on site.
• Attend site meetings and progress reporting
• Ensuring safety and environmental compliance
• Liaise closely with the client
• Provide leadership on site through positive communication
• Liaise with the project manager ensuring the project runs to schedule and budget

The requirements for this civil foreman role include:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or foreman capacity
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Strong focus on safety
• Need a proven track record in delivery of previous projects
