Your new company
Our client is a global commercial wholesaler well established in over 10 countries consistently growing and seeking an accounts receivable officer to come on board for a minimum of 6 months with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

Your new role
You will be welcomed into your new role working amongst reassuring and diverse colleagues. Reporting to the Accounts Team Leader you will be responsible but not limited to:

• Preparing monthly invoices
• Reconcile debtor remittances
• Update customer POs
• Ensuring all invoices are paid
• Daily reporting of aged debtor balance
• Report daily closing bank balances
• Assist with end of month and annual financial reporting
• Bank reconciliation
• Receipting

What you'll need to succeed
For success in this Accounts Receivable Role, you will have:

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel & Work
• Experience in SAP is beneficial
• Experience in a full function standalone Accounts Receivable role
• Particular attention for detail and ability to efficiently solve problems
• Capable of building solid relationships with stakeholders.
• Thorough and punctual when completing data entry
• Immediate availability
