Reid Cycles is an Australian family owned global brand of bikes and accessories with retail stores in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth and Online. Our UK based subsidiary distributes bikes and accessories to customers in seventeen countries around the world, thereby making Reid Cycles a truly global brand.

We’re now looking to employ a dynamic, experienced and quick thinking eCommerce Customer Service Specialist to support our online and retail stores.

Key responsibilities include:

As an eCommerce Customer Service Specialist you'll be dealing with our online customers and retail stores by phone, e-mail and live chat, answering their queries and delivering great customer service. Specifically the role covers:

• Dealing directly and proactively with customer and store enquiries
• Effectively handling and organising warranty claims and customer issues
• Process online sales on a daily basis (processing pick lists, labels and courier company manifests)
• Working with courier companies ensuring parcels are delivered on time, every time
• Data entry
• Processing store stock orders
• Assisting with picking customer orders when required

Key requirements for this role:

• Prior customer service experience in retail and eCommerce
• Experience working with retail POS systems
• Excellent customer service skills – be prepared to go the extra mile for every customer!
• Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional phone manner
• Able to remain calm and work under pressure
• Competent IT skills - experience using Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Attention to detail
• Accurate and efficient data entry
• An ability to quickly pick up new skills and tasks as required
• Prior knowledge of bicycle mechanics is desirable (training will be provided)

• an Australian citizen or have permanent residency

• Must be available to work full time hours over Christmas and New Year period.
