ECO HOME CLEANING BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY - 2 AREAS AVAILABLE – GENERATING INCOME OF $140,000.00+ EACH

Bayside and Inner Northern Suburbs

Due to our dynamic growth we have two areas available for the right people to come and join the Ecoluv family. We deliver chemical free domestic cleaning and housekeeping services without the use of toxic chemicals. Our commitment is to transform a client’s home into a healthy and happy one using only natural chemical free products.

To start with you will undertake an extensive induction and training program ‘on the job’, earning an income as you go until you are fully competent in the “Ecoluv Way” of delivering an exceptional cleaning result “every time all the time”.

What you will be doing:

You will clean client’s homes with love and respect;
You will deliver a high standard of service every time;
You will create and nurture long lasting trust with your clients;
You will deliver the service according to the “Ecoluv” way of cleaning a home;
You will coach and mentor your people to become successful by working with you;
You will schedule your work and that of your team;
You will invoice the company for the work that you do.

What you need to succeed:

A great eye and attention to detail;
A focus on delivering a consistent high-quality service;
The ability to demonstrate responsible and professional behaviour at all times;
Excellent communication skills;
Proof of permanent residency in Australia;
Current Police check;
Your own ABN;
A current Australian Drivers Licence;
Your own vehicle;
Your own mobile phone;
Vitality and spark.

Your availability - Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm – There may be some Saturday work for any additional cleaning requirements that clients require from time to time.

Area of Work - The Inner Northern Suburbs and the Bayside area.
