Casual Drivers with a focus on customer service – 6 Multi Task Roles Available

Ollywood Pty Ltd is a commercial harvester of red gum firewood and other derivative products. We have a great team of people focused on delivering the best product in market, with exceptional service and providing an unrivalled customer experience.

Ollywood is expanding and we are looking for drivers to join our new Melbourne operation. Our core point of difference is to offer deliveries of our firewood to customers with a focus on customer care and service.

Ollywood is seeking 6 new team members to join the team on a casual basis. Your workplace and home base is located at the city end of the Frankston Hwy in Bangholme. Roles will commence towards the end of March 2018 / Early April 2018. We have weekend work available as well

Primary Tasks include:

• First and foremost, represent Ollywood when meeting and dealing with customers
• Loading and unloading of trailers, utes & trucks
• Deliver wood in one of Ollywood’s vehicles including stacking the wood at some locations
• Utilisation of Ollywoods cloud-based warehouse, sales and delivery system
• Sell on additional products with core wood deliveries
• Workplace safety always

Secondary Tasks Include

• Managing and converting inbound sales online and via the phone
• General Maintenance of all equipment and vehicles
• Other wood handling tasks from time to time

Your ideal experience

• Experience in a customer service environment
• Be a clear and good communicator
• Be comfortable with heavier vehicles on and off the road
• Ideally have a full and clean drivers licence and preferably with a medium rigid endorsement or above. For committed candidates we can offer training to achieve these endorsements
• Computer system literate
