About the role

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager your time will be spent;

Sales coaching and mentoring.
Managing performance and profitability of the division.
Building and executing plans to improve sales performance.
Attending to all relevant administration tasks.
Facilitating sales, skills and product meetings/ training for the division and company.
Provide data and reporting of trends to senior management adhoc, weekly, monthly and as needed.
Liaise with all company divisions to ensure sales processes are efficient and effective.

Experience Required

2+ years experience in a Team Leader/ Management role – preferably in a call centre environment.
Experience in coaching & mentoring employees.
Ability to encourage a positive and productive team environment.
Ability to make decisions and offer solutions to improve overall performance of customer service and staff.
Advanced technical and computer skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools would be an advantage and a tertiary qualification in business or related field is preferred but not essential.
