The Role & Responsibilities

The stunning location at Jardin Tan consists of a front of house kiosk, beer garden and glamorous inside eatery, offering French/ Vietnamese inspired food and specialty 5 Senses coffee.

We are looking for a part time Kitchen Hand to support the kitchen team and ensure the smooth service in the kitchen.

Duties include:

• Basic food preparation
• Cleaning the kitchen, utensils, kitchen appliances, floors, walls and all surfaces
• Removal and cleaning of rubbish bins.
• Cleaning and polishing glasses and cutlery
• Ensuring all food preparation tasks you are assigned are carried out in a timely fashion, to a high standard and within food hygiene guidelines
• Assisting in other areas of the café operations
