• Senior professional looking on the path for a Director level role.
• Strong experience in industrial or commercial cleaning - preferably overseeing a large workforce but if you have managed a medium sized business or division of a company in this area then this could be a great step up into a large corporation.
• Capability to develop strategy for the business unit, identify value propositions and opportunities for growth and execute it across the division.
• Be a part of the senior leadership team and drive the success of the division across the portfolio of accounts.
• Monitor and continuously improve operational excellence and contract performance.
• This is service delivery position not product.

Experience:

• Experience in Facility Management / soft services / service delivery / outsourcing is desirable
• Managing multiple accounts - interface for multiple clients on complex accounts
• Service Delivery experience to clients in industries such as Corporate; Education; Financial Services; Tech; Pharmaceutical; Manufacturing; Government; Industrial; Hospitality etc
• Managing a large P+L, overseeing workforce (1000's in the BU), working across geographical regions and managing complex or multiple client accounts

Base criteria:

• MUST HAVE fluent Mandarin language skills and English - both essential
• Cleaning services experience is essential
• Engaging personality and strong client-relationship skills
• Support staff development initiatives, commitment to safe working practices and enhancing client-stakeholder relationships
